If the situation arises where an event is canceled or postponed for any reason by the organizer or venue, we will attempt to contact you to inform you of refund or exchange procedures for that event. For exact instructions on any canceled or postponed event, please check the event information online or contact us via e-mail at info@CompeteToday.com.
CompeteToday typically only offers refunds based on the organizer or venue's instructions. In order to receive a refund that may be offered, you will have to comply with the organizer's or venue's instructions or deadlines, which, along with the decision about whether or not to issue a refund, may be at the organizer's or venue's discretion.
When CompeteToday issues you a refund for your registration, we will issue a refund of the event's registration fee, which does not include any processing fee or fee outside of the event registration fee. If a refund is issued, it will be issued using the same method of payment that was used to register for the event. If a credit card was used to make the refunded purchase, then only that actual credit card will receive the credit for the refund. CompeteToday will not be liable for travel or any other expenses that you or anyone else incurs in connection with a cancelled or postponed event.
If an event is canceled, you will be notified of the event's refund policy. If the event was moved or rescheduled, we will pass along the venue or event organizer's policy, which may include the setting of refund limitations. If the participant's event has not been cancelled or postponed and the participant cannot participate, we will follow the refund policy of the event.
